TRANSFER UNIT

Welcome to the Transfer Unit of IRNAS, established in October 2024. This unit aims to facilitate collaboration between companies and researchers, providing companies with access to the various technologies generated at this center. It also seeks to encourage researchers to bring those research lines with the greatest transferable potential to light in environments beyond the purely scientific.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of the IRNAS Transfer Unit is to enhance, support, and manage the transfer of knowledge produced at the center, within the field of natural resources and agrobiology, promoting relationships between researchers and companies. To achieve this, the following actions will be encouraged:

. Advice and support in relations between companies and researchers.

. Promotion of technological offerings through the creation of a catalog featuring the different research lines of the IRNAS research groups.

Collaboration with the VIT to create a list of companies, user associations, environmental agencies, and any other entities capable of developing transfer activities with IRNAS.

Serve as intermediaries between the researcher and the centralized patent service of CSIC, offering support in technological surveillance, patentability studies, and patent writing.

Information on various R&D&I funding calls that promote transfer.
