- Permit to stay for more than one week (ES-EN 01-06-2024)
- Acceptance confidenciality, no employment relationship. (EN 14-02-2022)
It is compulsory to sign the document ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF CONFIDENTIALITY, ASSIGNMENT AND EXPLOITATION OF RIGHTS for those people who do not have an employment relationship with any public or private entity and who are going to carry out a placement at a CSIC centre, even in those cases in which an internship agreement has been signed, unless said agreement regulates in detail or in a different way both issues, confidentiality and assignment of rights.
At the educational level, the model agreements for Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD degrees that are being signed simply state that their signature does not imply the transfer of CSIC rights, that the student must maintain confidentiality and that the student has the right to his/her industrial/intellectual property according to current legislation (to be considered co-author, etc.). Therefore, they do not contradict the purpose of these declarations, which are complementary and in development of the agreement. This document cannot be signed for personnel who have an employment relationship with another public or private entity. In this case, confidentiality and exploitation rights must be regulated through the corresponding agreement with the public or private entity.
